Potato Cheesy Bites Mccain style


These cheesy bites are really very delicious and simple to prepare.
                                                 









Ingredients                                                                                                      

Potatoes                                4 (boiled and mashed)
Bread Slice                           5 (dip the bread in water n squeeze)
Corn Flour                            1 Tbsp
Mozrella Cheese                   1/4 cup(grated)
Ginger garlic paste                1 tsp
Green chilly paste                 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder                1/8 tsp
Salt                                        to taste                                                   
Oil                                          for deep frying                                                    




Method

 Mix all the ingredients very well. Check the seasoning and give any shape whatever you like. Heat sufficient oil in a deep bottom pan. Fry the potato cheesy bites till golden brown in color. Serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup. Enjoy!!!
