Another easier way of providing nutrition to your family. A bit of technique involved , but worth trying.
Ingredients
Paneer/Cottage Cheese 250 gms
Onions 2 to 3 (sliced)
Tomatoes 4(cut into 4 pieces)
Green chillies 2(chopped)
Garlic cloves 5 to 6
Milk 1 cup
Cloves 3 to 4
Fresh cream 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Degi Mirch 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly Powder 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi 1 tsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Butter 1 Tbsp
Green Cardamom 2
Bay Leaf 1
Crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take half of the oil and butter in a pan and heat. Add crushed coriander seeds. Saute for a minute. Add sliced onion and garlic. Saute till is slightly pink in color. Add chopped tomatoes, green chilly and salt. Stir. Cook till tomatoes soften. Add chilli powder and degi mirch and mix. Switch off the fire. Let this mixture cool down and then grind into a paste.
In the same pan add remaining butter and oil. Switch on the fire. Put cardamom , clove and bay leaf. Saute for a minute. Add ground mixture. Cook on slow fire till the oil comes out. Add milk and half cup of water. Cook for five minutes. Add coriander powder and kasoori methi . Mix gently. Add fresh cream, garam masala and paneer cubes. Let it cook for another two minutes. Serve hot with naan or tandoori roti.
