Chilli Potato

Hie Friends, how r you??
From the last few days my kids were demanding for chilli potatoes from BERCOS, so today I surprised them by making the same by myself at home which I had learnt from my last cooking class. So here I go..

Ingredients:-
1. Big Raw Potatoes                   2 to 3
2. Capsicum                                 1
3. Medium Onions                       2
4. Ginger Garlic Paste                1 tsp
5. Green Chilli Sauce                  2 tsp
6. Red Chilli Sauce                     1 tsp
7. Soya Sauce                             1/2 tsp
8. Vinegar                                   1 tsp
9. Black Pepper Powder             1/2 tsp
10. Rice Flour                              2 tbsp
11. A pinch of Orange Red Color
12. Oil to fry
13. Tomato Ketchup                   2 tsp
14. Honey                                    2 tsp
15. Chopped spring Onions for Garnishing
16. Corn Flour                            1 tsp



Method:-
1. Peel and cut the potatoes in length wise.
2. Add some water in the rice flour to make a batter and add a pinch of orange color.
3. Dip the potatoes and coat it well and deep fry.

Method For Sauce:-
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste, saute it for 2 minutes. Then add chopped onions, when they turned into pink add capsicum, saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Then add  1/2 cup of water. Add salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar and last 1 tsp cornflour diluted in water to the sauce.
3. Then add fried potatoes, stir properly and mix.
4. Add honey and garnish with spring onions.
5 Serve Hot.

PS " I was not having rice flour at my place so I made it by myself by grinding the rice in  grinder adding some water."

CHILDREN DELIGHTS- "RINGLETS"

INGREDIENTS:
1. 10 Bread Slices
2. 200gm Condense Milk
3. Oil For Deep Fry
4. 2 tbs Desiccated Coconut
5. 20 Almonds, 20 Cashews, 20 Pistachio(in no.s), Coarsely Grinned Altogether





METHOD:
1.Cut the bread slice in round with the help of a cutter or any mould of round shape.
2.Make another little hole in the center of slice(with any bottle cap).
3.Deep fry the slices. 
4.To strain off the extra oil, place it on an absorbent towel.
5.Pour condense milk on a flat plate and dip the ringlets from both the sides.
6.Mix desiccated coconut and crushed dry fruits.
7.Coat the ringlets with the mixture from both the sides, refrigerate it for half an hour and serve. 

















EGG-LESS BLACK FOREST CAKE

INGREDIENTS:-
1 CUP CONDENSE MILK(I USED NESTLE MILKMAID)
75 gm AMUL BUTTER
1 cup ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2 tsp BAKING POWDER
1/2 tsp BAKING SODA
1/2 cup MILK

FOR THE ICING
3/4 cup COKE
2 tbsp STRAWBERRY CRUSH
200 gm WHIPPED CREAM
1 DARK CHOCOLATE BAR
CANNED CHERRIES FOR GARNISHING

METHOD:-
1. Take 1 cup milk maid and butter in a bowl.
2. Mix it well together.
3. Take all purpose flour in another bowl. Sieve it. Add baking powder and baking soda in it.
4. Slowly add flour in the butter and milk maid mixture and mix it well in one direction.
5. Add milk.
6. Batter should be of ribbon flow consistency.
7. Grease the mold, pour the batter into the mold.
8. Bake it for 25 mints. at 160 degree Celsius

FOR THE ICING:-

1. Let it cool, then cut the sponge into the half.

2. Slowly pour the coke on the both sides of the sponge(starts from the edges). Moist-urn the sponge with coke.
3. Layer it with whipped cream.
4. Spread some strawberry crush over it.
5. Add another layer of whipped cream on it.
6. Place the other half on it.
7. Cover the whole cake with whipped cream.
8. You can make flowers with the nozzle.
9. Sprinkle grated chocolate on it.
10. Decorate it with canned cherries or gems.
